Giving customers true value

Admiral approached Gobsmack to launch a relevant and engaging customer loyalty programme. The Gobsmack platform enables Admiral Insurance customers to collect cash rewards via online and OnCard (in store) retail purchases. The money earned is collected in the customer’s ‘digital wallet’. When they buy or renew a policy, the cash rewards are automatically paid into the customer’s bank account to help towards the cost of their insurance.

Using data to drive engagement

Gobsmack’s data driven and ultra-personalised marketing programme allows Admiral to engage with its customers more regularly and with more relevance to their needs than would ever have been possible previously.

They actually made insurance engaging and fun. A clever innovation that demonstrates the benefits of pushing boundaries and rethinking the way to engage with customers on a continuous model versus a one off 'stay bonus'.
